Sprint's plans range from $69.99 for unlimited data and 450 anytime minutes, up to $189.99 for an unlimited family plan that includes two lines. The required 'Premium Data' plan costs another $10 per month.
Apple will be releasing the iPhone 4 on June 24 to the tune of $199 for the 16GB model, and $299 for the 32GB model, both with two-year AT&T Contracts. Their plans range from $39.99 - $69.99 a month for voice and $15.00 - $25.00 a month for data. Or, if you've got the money, you can buy the iPhone 4 with no contract for $599 (16 GB) and $699 (32 GB)
Conclusion
HTC’s biggest bragging point – 4G connectivity – proves to be less of an advantage in real life than on paper after factoring in real-life network speeds and issues with 4G battery life. It also has a small leg up on the iPhone 4 in camera resolution, but less fluid 25fps HD recording also helps diminish that minimal edge. After have manufactured more smartphones for the enterprise users in many years, Microsoft finally launched own-brand Kin (Kin.com) for consumers, and released Kin tow and Kin two models. These two mobile phones by Verizon Wireless exclusive sales finally published on May 13. With stripped-down interfaces, deep social networking integration, and a focus on very particular type of user, Microsoft is aiming for something altogether different with Kin. Now, below is a brief introduction about them.
Display
The Kin One and Two should look a little familiar -- they come off like mutated cousins of the Palm Pre. The One is short and squat, sort of disc shaped, with a smaller display that slides down into the center of the handset; the Two, meanwhile, is a larger, elongated device with a wide landscape keyboard. Both devices feature capacitive touchscreen displays (a 2.6-inch, 320 x 240 QVGA screen on the One and a 3.4-inch, 480 x 320 HVGA version for the Two) with thick, plastic coatings. Around the sides, the phones both feature the same complement of buttons: volume rockers, a dedicated camera key, a sleep / power button, plus a "back" button on the lower faces of the devices. The phones use a standard 3.5mm headphone jack, take micro-USB cables, and have cameras equipped with LED flashes on their backs.
Internals
Both the One and the Two sport the Tegra APX2600 CPU -- the same as in the Zune HD, so you've got plenty of horsepower -- and have 256MB of DDR RAM on-board. The One has a paltry 4GB of storage for your pics, music, and video, while the Two ups the game to 8GB... Neither of the devices support microSD. The devices have light and proximity sensors, an accelerometer, and GPS chips inside, along with 802.11b/g, EvDO Rev. A, and Bluetooth 2.1 (which supports A2DP and AVRCP profiles).
Camera
Now Microsoft has been making a big deal out of the cameras on these phones, having equipped the One with a 5 megapixel shooter, and the Two with an 8 megapixel version that does wait for it... 720p video. For starters, just the act of trying to take a photo with the hardware buttons on these phones is really quite uncomfortable; somehow, both the One and Two seem to force your hand into a position where you're blocking the lens with a finger or two. On the One, it's usually good for taking a picture after a firm press, but sometimes there's no reaction at all, while on the Two, it tends to focus in and out and then never snap a photo. Both the One and Two are equipped with autofocus lenses, though the One seemed to struggle much less with focusing in on subjects. On the other hand, its images looked more washed out to us. To sum up, taking still photos with both Kin devices was a frustrating, unrewarding affair that yielded more bad than good.
On the video aspect, as we mentioned, it's capable of shooting 720p video. With a Zune Pass subscription and Zune software on your PC, you can listen to millions of songs from Zune Marketplace on your KIN while on the go, or load from your personal collection. What is worth mentioning, Kin One and Kin Two become the first mobile phones support Zune player in global. But what should I do, if I don’t have Zune videos? Battery life
Microsoft told us that its goal was for users to be able to take off for a weekend road trip with these things and leave their chargers behind. In particular, the One was left off the charger quite a bit, yet still managed to go for more than two days with sporadic use.

Acer has well and truly thrown its hat into the smartphone ring, with a slew of Android phones announced February. It’s not just the Liquid e that Acer is bringing out here at MWC 2010 and the company also has a number of o Android devices to choose from. This smartphone works on Android OS, v2.1 and has a processor of Qualcomm 7227 600 MHz processor that renders it great functionality. It comes in Soft-touch Black, Ceramic White and Pearl colours.

The Acer E110 comes complete with 256 MB RAM, 256 MB ROM internal memory that is expandable with the microSd card slot option. While the Acer beTouch E400 feature comes complete with 256 MB of RAM and 512 MB of ROM memory that can also be expanded with microSD card slot.

Shame about some of the specs, removing certain aspects to reduce the cost such as WiFi, the accelerometer and compass means this handset will fail to take full advantage of Android and won't be compatible with many of the apps which take advantage and use these features. The beTouch E110 does however look stylish and will come in Black & Dark Blue so take your pick if you still interested!
Other useful functions of the E400 include the GPS-enabled Google Maps, which will help you find your way around cities and/or towns and includes both Street View and Latitude. The excellent media player will play a full range of file formats and there is a built-in 3-millimeter audio input jack allowing you to plug in your choice of headphones. There is even the very useful Acer Synch feature, allowing the user to wirelessly synchronize with their desktop or notebook so they can easily maintain and keep files and contacts up to date, which is great for when you are ultra-busy and need to save time. Motorola Backflip review: more fashional, functional and attractive

This was a complete surprise, but AT&T made it official in February and introduced the Motorola Backflip as its first Google Android device. The Backflip made its grand debut at CES 2010, where we awarded the smartphones category for its unique design, which includes a rear-facing QWERTY keyboard and a trackpad behind the display. Unfortunately, after now spending some time with the device, this seems to be the only real highlight of the phone. The Backflip suffers from performance issues and runs Android 1.5, making it a rather disappointing Android debut for AT&T. Now we have a close look for this model and find what the main characters of it are!
Design
The Motorola Backflip is powerful, handsome and fast. It comes with a manual keyboard and a great screen and is still only 15.3 millimeters (.6 inches) thick. They put the manual keyboard on the back side of the reverse flip. It opens like a book with the keyboard on the back being exposed at all times. The screen is also a big part of the Motorola Backflip, of course. It has a capacitive touch screen that comes in at 3.1 inches. This is an average size for a screen on a smartphone now. The physical resolution of the display is 320 by 480 or HVGA. It is not the AMOLED style. It still uses the TFT LCD style that can chew up battery time a little quicker than the AMOLED. The Backflip does come with an accelerometer to change the mode of the screen from portrait to landscape and back again automatically. This is handy for texting and for viewing web pages.
Connectives
Inside the same processor as in the CLIQ runs Android 1.5 complete with Motorola’s MOTOBLUR social networking integration. Conclusion
Although in some hardware, MOTOROLA Backfip does not calculate very prominent, but in the fuselage on modeling and the system optimization, Motorola deserves credit for trying an innovative design and for offering a unique way of moving fingers off of the touch screen. This summer there are some very strong devices out there including Blackberry Tour, Nokia N97, HTC Magic, iPhone 3G S, Palm Pre. Some may prefer iPhone 3G S or Palm Pre, but at last I have narrowed down my choices to Blackberry Tour and Nokia N97, and I’ve had a really tough time choosing between the two:

Blackberry tour:

That’s the simple information I have got about the two phones. Here I should explain my smartphone requirements. I’m looking for a device to serve as my personal telephone, media player, mini computer and business assistant. For personal telephone, it is used for daily contact, to make calls and receive calls. Both Blackberry tour and Nokia N97 were easy to use and very convenient to dial a number.
For multimedia, both of them are advanced media player for videos, music and pictures. Blackberry tour supports video formats including MPEG4, H.263, H.264 (encoding and decoding 30fps), WMV and audio format including MP3, AAC, AAC+, WMA. Nokia N97 can play mp4 and 3gp videos with up to 640*360 pixels resolution. Personally I prefer to watch movies with Blackberry tour. The BlackBerry Tour smartphone provides the industry's leading mobile solution for email, messaging (IM, SMS, MMS) and social networking together with built-in GPS. I like type emails and message with the full-QWERTY keyboards fast and easily. N97 also have GPS and can send emails, but the business-oriented Blackberry tour is better for business assistant.
In the end, I make up my decision. The Blackberry tour won out, it made the most sense to me as media player and business assistant. But as I’ve noted the Nokia N97 was also pretty impressive and could be a viable option for many others.
